The mood board created at the beginning of this project showcases the inspiration between Topps and @MLB.mini. This collaboration was inspired by the sale of a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle and my growing obsession with the popular Instagram account, @MLB.mini.
The base set
In this set, I hand-selected each photo, photoshopped everyone, created write-ups, and collected stats to create a unique and up-to-date baseball card.
The parallel set features five mock-ups. Each one is numbered to create "chase cards" and rarity. Each base card will have every parallel but for eye appeal, I chose to color match for the mock-ups.
